Tools and products involved in our competencies

 

Products that we are fully familiar with

  • Microsoft Visual Studio

    Our primary IDE, hence most frequently used product. We are currently using Visual Studio 2010 SP1, Premium version.
  • Microsoft SQL Server

    Working with the current SQL Server2008 R2, this is the database platform we are using during development and for our hosting service.
  • Microsoft SharePoint

    SharePoint 2010, as a .NET development platform, is where we put a lot of effort these days. We have experience in creating modules for systems interoperability and similar purposes, using ASP.NET or Silverlight. We also put together complete business intelligence applications. And we enhance existing installations with reports and user interface. Finally, we can assist you in running or hosting your SharePoint installation.
  • Telerik RadControls ASP.NET Ajax

    Our highly valued ASP.NET extension control suite, containing the most advanced, easiest to use, and best looking "any kind" page controls, advanced grids, charts etc.
  • Telerik RadControls Silverlight

    This a Silverlight version of the (above) RadControls ASP.NET Ajax, with more or less the same content.
  • Microsoft Team Foundation Server

    The Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2010 SP1 (TFS) is our source and versioning control system, and our primary activity management system. We also use Visual Studio Team Explorer 2010 for the client access.
  • Microsoft Office

    We are extensively using Visio, Project, Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint and SharePoint Workspace from the 2010 suite.
  • Telerik Sitefinity

    The web content management system that can be used for almost any public-, extra- and intranets. It's where we create webs that are neither to be our own specialized applications, nor obvious candidates for SharePoint.
  • Microsoft Exchange

    We use Exchange 2010 for our own mail and collaboration, and we have also developed some bits and pieces for this platform.
  • Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect

    We use the Enterprise Architect (EA) for development modeling and code generation.
  • Telerik Reporting

    How we quickly create and professionally style .NET reports in our applications.
  • Nuance OmniPage

    The OmniPage 18 (latest) is our scanning workflow tool into Sharepoint.
  • Telerik OpenAcces ORM

    We use the OpenAcces ORM to efficiently manage the data-layer in our applications.
  • iTextSharp (SourceForge.net)

    iTextSharp is our open platform for programmatically managing PDFs in all ways, including certification.
  • Dart Communications Mail for .NET

    The Mail for .NET component is a library for managing mail and mailboxes in most ways. It is used in some of our most important products.
  • Telerik Test Studio

    To assure quality in our applications we use the Test Studio, for browser abstraction, automation tests and so on.
  • Adobe Captivate

    Captivate is our tool of choice to create and produce animated (typically Flash-based) material like demonstrations and tutorials.

Products that we know reasonably well

  • Telerik RadControls for Windows Phone

    This a Windows Phone version of the (above) RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax, with lighter controls.
  • Adobe Photoshop

    Our no.1 tool for creating and editing raster graphics for our web applications. Using the latest version, 12.1 (CS5.1).
  • Adobe Illustrator

    Our no.1 tool for creating and editing vector graphics, for our web applications directly and for basis to raster graphics. We are using the latest version, 15.1 (CS5.1):
  • Adobe Acrobat

    In addition to regular use by handling of print-friendly pages, we have chosen Acrobat (along with Reader) with the Adobe CDS technology for document certification, which  in particular is time-stamping and signing by the aid of digital certificates. We have used both CDS and conventional e-mail signing in our development projects. We are currently  using the most recent version 10.1, called Acrobat X.
  • Adobe InDesign

    Our no.1 tool for creating multi-page print quality presentations. We are using the latest version, 7.5 (CS5.5):
  • Microsoft Forefront

    For firewall and proxy security we are using the Forefront Threat Management Gateway at our edge servers (latest v.7.0), the Forefront Protection 2010 for Exchange Server at our gateway and Exchange Server computers, and Forefront Endpoint Protection at all computers for anti-virus and Internet threat control.

  • Acronis Backup & Recovery

    Acronis has been our choice for gradually replacing Windows Backup, as a more powerful backup software that can be orchestrated centrally. We are using the latest version 11 for our workstations and servers.
  • CyberLink PowerDirector

    We use the PowerDirector v11 (latest) for video editing and publishing.
  • Microsoft Expression

    We are using Expression Blend for XAML with Silverlight, Expression Web for some design-oriented web page editing tasks, and Expression Encoder for producing and publishing animated videos. All are the latest version 4.
  • Microsoft Dynamics

    We are currently using both Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 and Dynamics CRM 2011 in some of our internal projects.
  • Telerik TeamPulse

    TeamPulse is our tools for agile project management, interfaced with Microsoft TFS and SharePoint. (we recently started using this product, it is likely to soon move to the "familiar" list)
  • Telerik Productivity Tools

    We use the latest JustCode (Code Analysis, Refactoring), JustMock (Unit Testing, Mocking), JustTrace (Memory & Performance Profiling) and  JustDecompile (Decompiling) with Visual Studio.
