Read first - Personnel working with graphics on this page

1. All material that is sent to print or otherwise published after changes must be returned (by e-mail etc) to NetStorm without delay.
2. The files that are to be used as originals must keep the exact same file format, including format version number and optional variants, from it is downloaded until it is returned as milestone or final work. From this follows that all tools that are to be used during work on the files must be documented to be 100% compatible with the format, format version and possible variants.
3. Exceptions from the previous point can be made for good reasons, if agreed in advance in writing by e-mail etc. Details of consequences must be given, such as alteration of objects during format exporting.
4. Extreme care must be taken not to loose information, like degenerating type or precision in graphic objects. For instance, an implicit or explicit conversion of text objects to plain graphic objects is not accepted.
